On a high level, Aptean is a good company for stability if you are placed in the right team

Dislikes

Bangalore branch people are just pathetic. They do dirty politics in here and make the environment so toxic internally. Managers and some leads behaving like CEO's of the company will use you, make you work on weekends, make you do all the work and present it in front of the upper management as they have done evrything & will take all your credit to get promotions. People like Lavanaya Manuhanumaiahh, Soumya Mukesh and Archana Ramachandra will make your life a hell. Lavanya doesnt know anything but is a Lead engineer because of her manager friends. She will come office after 11 and leave after lunch because she is very punctual. Every monday and friday will be her work from home(iykyk). She will force you to do the work assigned to her, will give you extra work as well and then present your work in front of managers and UK people like she has conquered something on her own. She stammers when it comes to handling discussions, arguments in front of clients because she doesnt know anything. People like her should be removed from the company asap, very very very undeserving. Many talented people have left the team, company and many are planning to leave because of her and the negativity she/they bring into the team. There is one director named Pradeepa Daithota who is cruel and master in micro management, no free hands, no recognization, no work life balance. He feels himself as if that if he is not exist there is no Aptean it self 😃 really comedy and frustrated soul

If you are recognized by doing good things for the company. The team members in the same team will target you and that will become the main reason to get out of the company. The management will not do anything just tells you to compromise. Which I didn't like here

There is nothing in prominent to like in that company. Everything is purely based on politics.

Worst is many. First HR HR in Both Locations thinks they are god and they dont have any humanity. In Some teams they will throw you out. HR team is pathetic. They will be worst ever in this company. Dont join here toxic culture. You will get more work and less pay. IT manager is attitude guy and he is never cares about the team members. Management is worst, Higher management most of them are from Tamil Nadu, so they hire only tamil candidates and fire other states candidates even though they are good with technical knowledge. Ajay and Rajgopal are ruining Aptean, these people taking every decision on favor of Tamil people

Management. Next-level politics they are doing. They deserve Oscars awards. Lot of people are warming the top seats, they are clueless about what is happening. The US team should take over the India management, especially HR wing. These people don't know what they are doing. Crazy things are going on hear. :D
