I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Worst company. No Morals & No Ethics. Fraud Company. Worked here for 7 months... They will burden you with work+ ask employees to do outbound calls by pressing them. You be a male or a female employee they will assign you field work even though u never agree to such work for the company. Company Owner Rakesh Kapri is very disrespectful towards employees they treat us like labour workers. **No GUARANTEE** When will be your salary be credited. It all depends on the owner mood. Most probably if you rightfully ask for the salary even after 60 days he can "Terminate" you without giving you the salary without any proper explanation... This is all!! What I experienced being their employee... Hope this review be helpful, & you be somewhere in a good company. Plz don't fall for such fraudsters....Read More
