Such the Worst company I have ever seen in my entire career before, Don't join this fraud company I got an Interview call on 5th Dec, I completed a total 3 rounds of interviews, i.e 8th Dec final round HR congratulated me, and she forcing me to join as soon as possible as per discussion I released from my current company before joining day they called me for a face to face round interview in office, They never informed me, Final round of interview with project manager and he asked me all nonsense stupid question (write a test case for Pen) which is not relevant to the job role and he is not happy with my answer. If you don't have project for longer time, they may fire you! Health insurance for parents will be deducted separately while is voluntary option to opt in but still a bad policy. When you resign my friends faced many issues during FNF. Only 3% appraisal was given.

If you are not assigned to any project wmg team will relieve you with out any notification. Also wmg team will not communicate properly and expect us to communicate. Even if we communicate they bounce us between team. Secondly they are ready to hire new employee for a project but not ready to put existing employee in that. Incrementis very poor . There are some projects where there is work life balance and leaves can be taken without your manager scolding you

There is one project in apexon named as VSI it's the worst project with worst QA manager he doesn't have sense how to talk with the employee never approves your leaves even if you have approved leave then also he starts barking even when you are on leave he will call u to do work never appreciates any employees

After infostretch merged with apexon. It was all downhill from there. I have no clue how they make the "best place to work" list with the current state. No work life balance, working 12 hours is considered normal here now.
