Colleagues and seniors are very supportive... They do take care of your ideas no matter at which level you are. They do provide trainings required for the domain you are working in. Managers are very supportive and highly skilled in terms of domain knowledge and technology. Management is really very good. There is a healthy work environment. One can feel comfortable in working at very first day in Aon as well. After 2 years of experience you can have the opportunities for international business trip....Read More

Dislikes

Job Security is not even 80% there. Appraisal is not upto the mark. Salary/compensation is a bit low for 2-3 years experienced colleagues.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
