No transparency. Your inputs are not heard the right way. Long tenures even though they don't work they survive. No one takes the ownership, but blames are put on the new joiners who are new to the culture.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ?
