First of all the work culture is very good. Work life balance is well maintained and every employee is encouraged to enjoy their lives along with their work. Team is very communicative and helpful. Nobody shrugs off their duties or doesn't pressurise the junior associates to work overtime. The job is amazing. As I'm not from the IT background, I've been provided with a generous amount of time and information to understand my job background. The senior associates as well as the CEO of Aoire is very cooperative and encouraging.
