As a whole organization is good,at the team level one should be lucky enough come get a good team,inquire about the team before joining ,of the team name is M****Z,you can do ur self a favour to avoid joining....It just sucks.

Dislikes

Worst team ever,managers happen to be managers for working long time,no managerial skills, Linguistic preference is given,denied organizational benefits to the team members on personal difference

Job security - Poor
Promotions - Poor
Work satisfaction - Bad

Work Details

Boring and boring team,if u belong to same Linguistic group or u are here from looking time...Then u can have fun by rubbing ur dirt on new joiners shoulders

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
