ANZ was really good when I joined in 2009. There were great leaders who were making right decisions in terms of training, career growth, prompt appraisals, work life balance was given more important. The days changed when new management took over in 2012. Below are some of the points to be considered before applying to ANZ. However,during the course of time the management decisions was so terrible, where there was no scope for performers and managers were recognising people who were pleasing them. But surprising thing was even HR and higher management was not making effort to find out the ground reality on the floor even after several complaints raised by employees. Few made an effort to fight for justice but those were black mailed to put down the papers. Think twice before you choose ANZ has I worked there for 9 years as a team leader. Please check the points written in highlights. Very poor career growth people are recognised based on pleasing the management. There is no work life balance and also politics to be stopped by middle and top management. ANZ is getting worst in recognising employees who are actually performing. Specially we need to get the right leaders in teams and make sure to monitor them closely to check if they are actually recognising the best performers. Think before u join ANZ...Read More

It was great working with ANZ, i was part of almost every process in my department, I have managed many projects along with my regular BAU work. I have learnt a lot in terms of training and updating my skills. I have developed has a person in ANZ.
