Nothing. Change management happened and new MGMT is not good and treating employees as salves

Even 1min late needs managers approval in portal and same for early out. Worst then school Ifsomething goes wrong first word from MGMT is go home you are not fit for the Job In last 5 months more than 15 employees left because of the pathetic work environment They will not provide WFH even if you die
