Salary timing is too poor, and growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend/ visit client in the evening and sometimes late in the night. Managers do not value an individual’s unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the time. I do receive appreciation from my clients, but they always go unnoticed during my appraisals. Also,there is no on-Job training for freshers,hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step,which is a pain sometimes....Read More

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
