Good work environment and culture. Work place are very good and attractive. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is huge cafeteria with full AC and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good. Appraisal are good and good salary

Athena bpo is a worst company i had ever worked in my life,they are holding every month 15 days salary. i had not got my full salary also after resignation. and their biometric system was very poor. Because of thet employees are suffering the problems like loose of pay scale

The work environment was very Cultivated and the best part is everyone is supported to each other

Typical Call Centre just Rush calling calling and calling the worst part is no Saturday leaves and for leave approval inform first of TL or Manager thinks it's important than only you can take the leave or else

Chandivali Symphony IT Park's Athena BPO branch is the worst. The management, including the manager and TL, are TOXIC un supportive,liars and have a cheap mindset. The company has cheap bosses.

I have worked in Athena for 2 years but that is also very difficult because the culture here is very useless, they reduce the working hours by 12 hours and call in sick and also reduce the Sundays and if someone makes you leave then The salary is put on hold and if you absent for three to four days due to any circumstances then he absconds and the salary is not even given.
