As much I know so I m sharing there work environment is very nice for learning new things always they r ready to support us.. if u want to build carrier by learning new innovative thing so plz guys don't get late be hurry .. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
