Few major points -micro management, manager will shout on you on the floor and insult you like anything in the team meetings. -No work life balance. You have to come 5 day in office and on strict timings. On top of that mobile phones are not allowed on the floor. - Non-reasonable targets. - Low salary and peanuts in annual hike. - No right to speak. Management does not like if you give any suggestion for a good change. They like things to work in their way, which is reducing employee benefits. - Ask for your own leave is a big challenge here in every team. On top of that number of leaves have been reduced. Micro management is at par level. Starting from manager to top most level. No work from home, bad transport, worst HR policies, lower increament and not at all supportive HR. Lol, HR monitors your break time here. This is just a small company. Management plan is to beat big organisations with the bad culture and reducing employee benefits.
