There was a "era" when Amdocs used to rock. Now the time is its becoming like Indian Service based companies.

Dislikes

Cant pay to current employee with market standards, but external hires gets more packages and senior positions than existing ones. Partiality happens with people who dont become admirers of management or believe in true work rather just keeping them happy by scratching their back. totally unsatisfied with current mgmt.

There is very friendly environment to work. Salary/appraisal depends on performance. If performance is good, you can get 20-30 percent hike. There is good onsite opportunity in many projects. Company do employee care. Many events are there, also a team works for helping unprevilaged students through funds or some other way. Sometimes, people who dont deserve gets promoted as lead. People misuse of freedom they get by not even completing 9 hours, coming late to office, and going back early.

Less chance of growth and new leanings., most of the tools uses are created by amdocs and they not useful outside amdocs.
