Jobs security issue I have joined amdocs after 8-9 months they laid of me due to project ending. If they don't have project why did they hire manpower.

They have been exploiting employees by hiring them as contractors, the work culture and management was poor. No work life balance, no compensation for working on weekends or overtime. No job security as 60 Percent of my colleagues were fired from the job without any proper assessment or reasons. The seniors are extremely rude, work culture extremely toxic.

I am working as RF engineer from 9 months but as a contract based and waiting to get onroll. But they don't give us clarity regarding this. They fired people without notice period. Job security is very less.

If we talk about any other departments except Telecom of AMDOCS, I have heard it from many of them that it is a dream company for a person. All the benifits we recieve are very exciting and the recent guests in annual program were amazing. Kudos to the Company.

I am from Telecom department which I think is the most unhappy department of all. If you talk to any production level engineer or drafter as we call it, no one is happy with the work life balance or work satisfaction. I have seen people working for 14-17 hours a day with payment of just the initial 9 hours of work. Training providedin this department is really not up to the mark. Pressure of achieving targets which is just humanly not possible. People in this department are forcefully told to work on weekends and have no other option but to work instead of enjoying the weekends. People here are working for 3-4 months continuously without a single holiday not even weekends are spared.
