There is not much to like while working at Amdocs. The facilities they are provided are good like gym, fruits, cabs etc....

Dislikes

The job security is the worst part. I had joined Amdocs as a fresher and had just worked on a project for seven months and I was laid off without my performance review and the worst part is there is alot biasing based on where your native is .

Nothing to like here. Favorism on peak. Management is bad.

Dislikes

Salary hike and bonus are only applicable for favourite employee. Good employee will only get work pressure. Managers are running this company as their baaps company. They are thinking like they are god. Overall its a very bad company to work.

Even no work culture. Everyone think amdocs mean work life balance . I don't think there is work for Everyone and whoever is working he is working 24*7 and some who don't have work they are enjoying 24*7 . They says Hybrid working but belive me it depends on managers if they want you have to attend office all 7 days including your sat/sun

Work will not provided by your job role. You could be work sometimes as Infra support Sometime you will wake up whole night t24o deploy someone else project. 24/7 support

1- Some projects don't have any work , while in other projects one resource is doing 12-14 hours works . A lot of mismanagement is there . 2- They Don't give much Salary Hikes / Appraisals to loyal experienced people , but will hire freshers with more salary then even 3-4 years of experience of employees . 3- Some projects have on-call system in which they have to work even on weekends , i.e Saturday and Sunday , but are not paid for this extra work ....Read More

The techstack of the account TMO is good. Flexibility of coming to office anytime but have to complete 6 hours for 3 days in hybrid setup. Food is ok but breakfast is good.

Good place to work. Company has yung employees so energy and creativity flows. Food is good , you won't be hungry in Amdocs so many good food options some are complementary. Amdocs got talent, Green Community, Sport events, Health check up.

Dislikes

* Amdocs allows you to raise a voice , Stupid people miss use this and make other people life miserable and apparently it impacts their profession growth, I had few stupid people in my team so I decided to better leave . * Old tach stack * insignificant salary growth

The work culture, environment is very good. The overall infrastructure both outside and inside is excellent.
