I hv 13 years of experience. Out of which 9 years as technical and 4 years as Lead with little bit of technical.
Now, I hv two offers
A Leading Finanacial Institution as Kubernetes Manager (Software Development Manager) in Pune - Hybrid mode
A mid sized Webhosting company as a Senior Technical staff - purely technical role - 100% Remote work
Package is more or less similar. Later being on the lesser side. But the other benefits from the former is better.
I am WFH since 2020. Have a setteled life in my hometown with wife and school going kids.
Which role should I take that will serve me good in long term, Career growth wise and otherwise?
