Its good firm for experienced and both freshers, The KT part is decent. Moreover one will learn while they start working. About people - completely depends on your team- Mine is awesome About Project- All telecom - mine is good but I have less interest in telecom domain - changes are nice Company policy are great . HR is little slow and reluctant

Work life balance can be improved - just saw other employees. If you work with full concentration for 6 hrs in your 9.5 hrs of job then i can say you will able to complete. Testers have to wait on days on P1 or P0 rollouts and if any issue encounter and that's with almost every firm

My work is related to End to end testing of their retail/care application. Its about creating data as per the requirements and scenarios then understanding the need , live scenario , testing it thru DB validations, logs. Running jobs , sql queries, logs

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel.
