The office infrastructure is better than other. However, now a days start up are more fancier than Amazon.

Dislikes

The work culture is declining year over year. Management is focusing on quantity than quality. It is good to have a competitive work culture but there is no recognition no matter how much you give in. The expectation is to work for long working hours without any extra pay.

Amazon's work culture is great.

Dislikes

There are some teams in Amazon which are just a resemblance of hell. They will have rotational shifts and and rotational week offs, apart from these two factors, mandatory nights for 10 days in two months. Due to some morons, for their growth they come up with ridiculous challenges and will torture us for attaining it.

Not much growth opportunities and salary is very low for experienced employees which is equivalent to a fresher getting a job for first time. Pay package is way down below here compared to what is a normal or decent pay package in market in current times. Extending work hours is necessary to meet productivity and competition is very high which eventually leads to bad team politics

Amazon has a great campus Hyd 13 which is comfortable and convenient to work.

Poor Management, no proper feedback was given. I have reached out till L5 manager and HR manager regarding my job position, no one really cared about at least listening to my concern. The managers rules the associates there, whatever they think that is correct and lot of favoritism among the leaders. No justice, only partiality for their favourites. No Growth. You will be Deal like a Slave by Leadership People and You will not realise this during initial Tenure. If you want to spoil your career then only Join Amazon Noida. You will end up with 25k salary with no Growth and Poor Health after 5 years of Experience in Amazon Noida as an L2 or L3 Never Join.. Appraisals and promotions are very less. Contractual hiring has increased tremendously, which is not in favour of the employees at all
