What would be a fair CTC for a software developer with 4 years and 4 months of experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and intermediate skills in Angular? This is for roles in Noida/Gurugram. Would love to hear your thoughts to get a realistic idea.Thanks in advance!

I am working currently as a team lead for hcl and since idiotically I didn't switch any companies from start 2019 till now, I have a measly ctc of 4.3 lpa.I got an offer accepting 8lpa , but they are demanding to join in 15 days. And hcltech, being the company it is, is having 90 days notice period, negotiable to 60 days only.Initial negotiation with my current manager and the new company hr didn't go over that well, I am in a bind now.Any suggestions?

I'm having 10 years of experience in project management with 19.5LPA fixed salary. Working as scrum master for last 2 years. I feel I'm very much in my comfort zone, no growth in work and afraid of facing interviews. Feeling like other people are more talented and I won't crack interviews.Seeking advice and guidance to break this dilemma.
