Operation manager was not professional ,has some partiality to some employees ,all other team mates (except one or two) are good..There is no training , career growth ..There is no job security for even permanent employees .Salary was not getting on time.there is no appraisal on time.No facilities like free transportation ,gym ,cafeteria,team outings ,soft skill training,health insurance, job training, Bonus .....Read More
