Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow the work pressure is very high. Sometime i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have ti attend client calls in the evening and sometime late into the night. There is no on job training for freshers,

Work Details

My work is slightly challenging as i have to look after the entire production, Planning, Quality control and customer supports as well as Manage day to day yield operation. As long as i get to work closely with management, and good learning experience.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
