I worked for three months there and gave my best to achieve the targets. Even I stopped to take lunch break and dinner break to meet the target anyway. I requested to manager to provide a training session but he refused. So I left the company.

I have seen people working for more than 10 yrs at same position and salary, no career growth at all. And incentives dont even ask, this company gives incentives of 50 rs also.
