There is nothing to like anything. Team leaders and managers misbehave with subordinates. There is no training sessions even for new joiners and a heavy work pressure.

Dislikes

Managers do religious talk on floor. There is no professionalism. Abusing with subordinates is a normal thing for managers.

Work Details

I worked for three months there and gave my best to achieve the targets. Even I stopped to take lunch break and dinner break to meet the target anyway. I requested to manager to provide a training session but he refused. So I left the company.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Nothing to like about it. It is the worst company in terms of everything. From salary to facilities, they offer you nothing. I have seen people working for more than 10 yrs at same position and salary, no career growth at all. And incentives dont even ask, this company gives incentives of 50 rs also. Workload is so much and salary is too little. Will never ever go back to this hell. Worst CEO and more worse Manager and all TLs are busy buttering CEO. Only politics no healthy work environment. I dislike everything about this company. From infrastructure to growth structure everything is pathetic. Only favourism and favouritism is the culture of ds office. No respect for hardworking people only those who does buttering can survive.

The worst interview process ever. Is this even a real company. No professionalism. People taking the interview are less qualified than the applicant and that is the reason for rejection.
