Nothing to like since it is being governed by sales person. No technical manager in the automotive field. All are sales manager

Policies are highly unstable. HR change policy as per their will and wish. HR and manager take all the profit to their account in terms of appraisal and employee is just a earning source. Once client requirement is finished they start your notice period without asking you. There is no job security. I request everyone please do not join this firm for money. Top Management at ACL Digital right from CEO to VP Level is absolutely hopeless and clueless. Doesn't adhere to the company vision. Integration with group companies is non existent. Non Employee Friendly and Egoist Management without any achievements.. Company os just engaged mostly in Manpower shopping. Even basic employees safety policies are not on the ground. Even if is it said out loud that we can reach out to anyone at anytime. We cannot do that. Higher management does not have time to hear your problems. Some managers even don't understand technicalities of the project at all, because of which the project is also not won from the customer.

No proper work structure. Technical Managers (COC) are only focusing on update your CV/ Resume, attendance mis match not on the work. Team leads doesn't transfer work knowledge to the newly joined members in the team. If PO gets completed then you will be moved to bench. Less job security.

The client selected me, and then only Alten hired me. I am waiting for the client call, but due to some reasons, such as project visibility and a lack of projects, I am not assigned to a client project. If you are selected for client purposes, they simply focus on the same team only. In case your role has any issues, like a lack ofprojects or any other issues, they won't consider your situation or anything. They won't try to check or search for jobs based on your skills in other teams or other clients. After three months, they won't provide any salary. They simply inform you that without a salary, you are our lifetime Alten employee. First, they stopped my salary after three months, and I left the company. They do not have enough project. Project culture is very bad. Once a project is over, the manager cannot even find a project based on skills and would eventually ask you to leave. There is no job security at all. They hire for contractual jobs but say there is a permanent opportunity while hiring. After onboarding, if you are not in a project, they start to consider you on the bench.
