Nothing to like since it is being governed by sales person. No technical manager in the automotive field. All are sales manager

Dislikes

Policies are highly unstable. HR change policy as per their will and wish. HR and manager take all the profit to their account in terms of appraisal and employee is just a earning source. Once client requirement is finished they start your notice period without asking you. There is no job security. I request everyone please do not join this firm for money. You will be blocked for lot of companies since those are clients of Alten. I have suffered a lot because of this....Read More

Company doesn't have hire and fire policy.

Dislikes

Even if is it said out loud that we can reach out to anyone at anytime. We cannot do that. Higher management does not have time to hear your problems. Some managers even don't understand technicalities of the project at all, because of which the project is also not won from the customer.

Salary comes on time.

Dislikes

Policy are very unstable and nobody bothers to address concern. Policy drafted are not at all followed along with employee benefit. If you put your step forward for asking about policy to HR. They deny saying it can't be given. Please think twice before joining.
