Too much politics in every department. If you are their favourite then you will be living in fortune. They won’t listen to your problems. Targets for new bees are more then the production batches. Even if u r capable but was unable to perform it wont be considered. Hr team they hardly solve any issue, TM’ s they fight among themselves, angel one of the operation manager she is so egoistic, god know what the team manager and agents have to go through. She is so rude. Training are good but even they dont have much control over anything. They have to rely on here n there. Quality team they are on next level, they dont know how to audit but they r certified are quality. In alorica u dont need to work hard but make connections u will be promoted. Bucket culture.. one puts in their hard work and new managers join and put water on all ur efforts.. every 3-6 months leadership changes and the CEO doesn’t care about what’s happening in other sites.. If you want to do timepass - this is the best company to join.. catch bucket and get good pay even tho u do veryless work.. If u are someone who wants to grow, take a U turn ASAP.....Read More

Focused only on freshers, experienced do not get much from here.

There is no window of opportunities through IJP's. For the experienced, they deny the IJP's keeping some exceptional reasons into picture like sick leaves. There is not good client relationship, Hire's for Amazon, but not much incentives and goodies as expected can try for Amazon directly instead of being a part of this company. Overall, not a great place to work permanently, for temporary reasons its a " YES ". Please be aware if you get into this company as a B.Tech or B.E Graduate. They say that they would be hiring you for a IT technical voice process. However, after the training they choose only a limited candidates like 5 out of 20. The others they will attract you for an other process s they need people for the other process. There are plenty of companies doing better in this aspect please choose them instead of choosing Alorica. When you join they would say that we got Work From Home opportunities that is a complete lie....Read More

The only thing which I liked here that I was able to set up my own team

Everything. There promotion and appraisal sucks. They do not answer any questions when asked about non hike. There are bunch of senior management who do not bother about employees. There is no positive feedback process. You are sent stinkers without actual feedback. They only give benefits to the ones who call into their feet
