One of the worst company simply they will remove the people While joining they hire huge number of people even everyday they will hire and after 6 months simply they will b giving unwanted reason and they only tell us to resign. I was in DX for some reason they moved me to gaming process here TL will not take any decision one SME isthere worst fellow he will act like a TL because he have a capacity to remove the people. In jan my csat was less, expect that month I'm the top performer in gaming process. Suddenly client said that they want few people he can remove other people who have less performance in past and present months but he selected his friends and he removed us. They will hire you at first and will give you the offer letter, employee id and evrything & after giving 1 or 2 weeks of training they will say you could not qualify the interview. So you have to attend the interview again. But my question is if someone could not qualify the interview how did they send the offer letter, how did theyput someone in training for 2 weeks or more? The same thing happened with me & it'll happen with you guys also.So my suggestion is don't waste your valuable time by giving interview over there, better find another job in another company.
