I have found some good friends in Allstate and have proper training of work, good trainer support. Otherwise there was always a lots of work which won't allow me to enjoy other benefits of the company.

Internal management is very bad. My concern and questions are never answered by both management and HR. Here only you have to listen your leaders and act accordingly, your opinions are not welcomed.

I had handful experienced in the team. I had always helped people in completing their work. My team leader had never appreciated me for my work and effort. Salary was too low in compare to associates who have done MBA.

Allstate has changed negatively after covid. Also on very less salary they expect employees to work more than capacity. Culture is good, no pressure but they don't really assign teams as per skill sets and capabilities.
