So many cultural activities are running there , employee engagement part. But the sad part is if you're department has the less work then only you can participate and enjoy or you have strech the shift for that. But now there is no any process remains of less work or balance work. Office parties are very owsom

No life balance at all, of you did the mistakes or not met the target they will remove you immediately from organisation. There high work load in pune Allstate insurance operations. Bad politics for promotion. There is Muslim unity in company they higher most of the Muslim management and people. The muslim team leader and manager hiring the same, not company hr. But the recommendations is approved by Muslim managers, TL. High ratio compare to others. Growth level is 1%, Because of the favouritism is too high it is bring depression, no attention on work.
