Over years Allstate has changed drastically.there used to be a time we loved working for Allstate.there is continuous revision of grids without proper investigation that how people are achieving the data by practising unfair practices.in the process,the ones who are ethically working become prey to this culture.HR system is ridiculous.Corporate politics goes on evidently

In our workplace, a concerning issue has emerged surrounding leadership bias. The arrival of a new manager from outside has resulted in an alignment with long-standing employees who have been causing disruptions on the floor. This alignment appears to be an attempt to gain favor with these employees, leading to unfair treatment of other Team Leaders (TLs) and Associate Managers (AMs) from outside AllState/Pune. Initially, there were high hopes that the new manager would bring about positive changes. However, it has become apparent that they have continued the same biased practices as their predecessor. Even with the arrival of a new director, hopes for change were dashed as they too adopted the same approach. The prevailing principle seems to be favoritism towards those who are more vocal and assertive, regardless of their actual contributions. Under the new director, the only noticeable change has been an increase in the manager's presence on the floor. Unfortunately, this heightened presence has not translated into meaningful improvements. Instead, it has tainted moments of joy and learning from new leaders, as interactions are now seen as attempts to form alliances rather than genuine efforts to improve processes. It is disheartening to witness talented TLs and AMs, who sought to drive positive change with their expertise, being marginalized in this way. Despite multiple changes in leadership, the influence remains with the same core group, severely limiting the potential for real progress and innovation. Fortunately, as someone who specializes in summarizing, I was able to find an opportunity elsewhere with a better work culture and made the decision to shift. However, I remain concerned about the future of our process given the current leadership dynamics. There is a worry that a few TLs may hold undue sway, potentially stifling innovation and progress. It raises questions about whether these TLs possess the same level of experience and vision as our manager and directors, or if the latter are being relegated to the same level of influence as the former. In conclusion, addressing this issue of leadership bias is crucial for the long-term success and sustainability of our workplace. It requires a commitment from all levels of leadership to foster a fair and inclusive environment where everyone's contributions are valued and recognized based on merit rather than favoritism.
