Toxic work culture, Highly biased leadership team mainly in Medical Summarization team, Incapable leadership team, who are gradually sinking the project. Hiring happens only if you belong to same family or friend circles, including band progression. HR will never address your concerns and highly incapable. Clovi in place but withoutany intervention. Free Cab Facility. There is nothing else worth to be mentioned of. Allstate as a company is really nice but medical & casualty claims summarization is horrible. Don't ever try to come here.

The Leaders in Summarization team are Favoring Nepotism. Highly biased during appraisals & promotions. Some of the team leaders are just ridiculous. The employees who have done any personal work (bringing household items, taking care of their kids, paying for their bills) for the Leaders, are only promoted. Rest of the employees aregiven 6-7% annual appraisal. There is one team lead who is mentally ill. He has diseases like Epilepsy, Retrograde Amnesia, Anger issues, split personality disorder. He has ruined the life of his team members but still he is on a senior position & no action is being taken on him. He is in the good books of his senior leadership team. This is the level of politics in Allstate. He says that no one can screw me in Allstate & that is for a challenge. Such cheap level politics is present in Allstate medical summarization team. This is the first company I have seen , where employees start searching for jobs in their training period only. After entering Allstate, they come to know that they have been cheated. During interview, they were bluffed about niche skills & great work culture but actually the reality is totally different....Read More
