Salary hike is very poor, where in a new employee gets a decent hike of 30+% and the employee working from years won't even get 10% properly, it would be really good if employee gets a decent yearly hike like around minimum 20%

They have ended work from hometown and continued Hybrid culture, calling people to office 3 days a week.

Lack of growth, internal politics, new managers from bpo's are destroying the company culture, IJP is just a time waste, transport is 2way, but no proper routing done by the transport team.

I did not like bit about their working culture

Very poor work ethics and culture and no job security, management does not clear vision or road map of their product and low level does not get clear guidence from their senior managers , with all these there is heavy office politics and managers have favouritism with their own teams.

They say you're in good hands. But not anymore. You're job is in danger everyday. Not like earlier, they've changed a lot. Especially managers are squaretrade don't have even basic leadership qualities
