Dislikes

The only thing I feel is there is no strict process developed as of now which is still under implementation. Due to this the employees may enter their comfort zones and growth remains stagnant but again this is an individual problem and not something that company can be blamed for.

Actually enjoying going to my job every day! I love a little bit of everything in fact the management takes care of their employees. ALIF is a company that never makes us feel like we are employees as they help us like we are family to the company.
