Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing HR team. In this entry-level role, you will assist in the recruitment process by supporting various administrative tasks, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in human resources and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding.

Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.

Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

Communicate with candidates to provide updates on their application status and respond to inquiries.

Support the preparation of interview materials and candidate assessment tools.

Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Collaborate with team members to improve the recruitment process and candidate experience.

Participate in job fairs and recruitment events as needed.

Perform other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements
Qualifications:

Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Previous experience in recruitment or HR is required.

Experience with ATS tool \u200b

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with ATS software is a plus.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
