Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet our organizations hiring needs. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to extending job offers.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Attracting Talent:
Various channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to source qualified candidates.
Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Craft compelling job descriptions and advertisements to attract top talent.
Screening and Selection :
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidates skills, qualifications and fit for the position.
Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidate suitability and make
recommendations for further consideration.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.
Candidate Relationship Management:
Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates to establish a talent pool for future
opportunities.
Keep candidates informed about the status of their applications and provide
feedback when necessary.
Collaboration and Communication:
Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective
recruitment strategies.
Coordinate interview schedules and logistics with candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on recruitment
progress and address any concerns.
Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition Strategy:
Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to enhance our organizations reputation as an employer of choice.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Provide input and suggestions to improve the recruitment process and enhance
candidate experience.
