Extends probation period rather hiring or firing the intern , underpays it's employee by huge margin. Better work infosys or TCS they pay more. No support for interns. Research team had no senior traders to learn how to develop algorithms for trading. Intern has to take responsibility for his own work. No resources provide to learn new skills. Pay for own courses to learn more. Courses cost rs 7000 and in hand salary is like rs. 10000 . Managing director creates toxic environment so that employee is forced to resign or to change jobs. Attrition rate is more than 33% for 6 months. Most senior staff have left the company. Cost cutting in the basic necessities like snacks. They stopped it within 2 months after I joined the company. Managing director does not want to hire experienced staff to smoothen work flow. Research team has been gutted because of managing directors manhandling. Employees from other teams are also leaving the company due to the way managing director handled the research team as there is no coordination between any of the teams. Things are so bad The managing director is only focusing on his clothing business. He is also losing employees due to low salaries and toxic work culture in that department too....Read More
