Amazing place to work. One of the best companies I ever worked with. Great opportunity to learn and grow. Working here for more than two years has provided me with enough experience in the project management field where I can handle all projects and see it's completion and success. Confused between 2 offers

Hi all, I am having two offers- one from Infy (Kolkata) another from Deloitte (Hyd). Kolkata being my preferred location, while Deloitte offering 15k more monthly. (I know Hyd's expense will cancel this out eventually). Kindly suggest on what to do. This is my first switch. Thanks in advance.
