Dislikes

Personally i feel that the working hours should be fixed irrespective of day targets. Other than that there is no such thing i would go for disliking the organization.

Work Details

Frankly speaking though the work is hectic i get to learn much knowledge under my team leaders. Thankful to my TL's

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
