There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues . Salary is not that much decent but career growth ja slow. On the job training is also given for little time period only.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Management told twoday weekoff but they giving only one day weekoff... And targets are changed day by day... There is no work balance. There is no guidence for new joinees

Salary hike is not good if you are experienced in same company,There is incentive plan where we can earn upto 8500 but that's not easy to get. We can earn 1k to 3k mostly. Instead of incentive plan they better plan to hike salaries that could be better for employee to work beyond expect ations. Sometimes we dont even get incentive everymonth....Read More

It was glad to work in the AGS health, Its a good place to work. The job security is good and the company policies are as it was said, good place to work for ladies as well. Iam glad as I was a part of AGS Health.

Dislikes

The only thing that bothers is the salary as it it less but the give You good incentive which sums up for a good take home, but the criteria still depends on the salary that we get.
