I am here from almost last 3 years; job is secure if you perform good then your job is secure. Work culture is also good. There are many company policies that you get to know after joining it. Environment and culture both are good. They celebrate many festivals such as Diwali, 26 January, 15 August, Holi, women's day, Annual day of company, etc.

Nothing great. Many times you feel bad but take a deep breath and think about it you will surely get the solution.
