Likes

Good for entry level engineers, like L1 FMS job, field support. I improve my knowledge in infrastructure management in my project, team work & project handling. Feeling happy to working with my colleagues and my client managers for supporting. Job security is based upon offer letter. Thanks to my company for giving opportunity to improve my knowledge, experience and career growth.

There is no on job trainings for latest updates & technology. I have completed one year but there is no appraisal still now.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
