I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. worst office in my whole career there is no off day even you are on a leave multiple phone calls will come and if not resolved then MD ( Mr Agarwal ) will start to shout at you also as an HRM you need to book train/flight tickets of the staffs, do personal stuffs of Mr Agarwal it is not an HR job instead more into Personal Assistant.
