AE Arma is 3rd largest company in mep in UAE. So I am lucky and efficient that i am working in big banner company. I got lot of experience to work with Arma specially how to give progress to work with politely and some times tightly with yours supervisor and foreman. they can give you more progress in same time but they will not give you progress even you will give them over time. So it's some politics formula also shuold implemented by Enginner that's why they will give you progress. in last word I I want to say I have 95 percent job security is here. I don't want to learn politics I am concentrating in our work by Honestly. I am satisfied with my salary because I am getting salary appraisals every year.
