I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Likes

It was the best internship one could get in terms of learning. Mr. Gupta is a very hard working and sincere man himself. His guidance was the best part. The way he motivate and appreciate one's efforts makes you feel as a part of office from the very first day. Though I could get a nominal amount as stipend one should not miss an opportunity to work with him for this only reason.

Work Details

I worked as a legal intern at the office of Advocate Ajay Kumar Gupta. I used to assist with drafting and searching for case laws. I use to visit court for regular hearings along with him.
