Likes

Literally nothing. Don't join even if you're unemployed. The low payment isn't worth the toxicity this workplace behols. Would rate it in negative if I could.

Dislikes

1. Can't talk to your colleagues at all, not even about the project 2. They count the number of times you use the washroom 3. They monitor your every little movement on CCTV and ask questions and give warnings if they caught you talking to the colleage sitting right next to you 4. Payment not on time and wouldn't pay for the last month you worked there</mark>. 5. The hr initiates half of the office politics 6. You can't even talk to your colleagues after office or hangout with them during weekends. 7. They will make you block each other from personal phones if caught talking 8. 90% of the people are interns and not employees, no real growth opportunity...Read More

Nothing.They always gives extra work and they don't paid for the hardwork u do for the firm.Either they don't give u the salary or giving just the half salary.

Dislikes

Everything.Rude authorization and The HR is worst.She cuts ur salary nd took ur earning.No scope for growth.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
