Adroit neo Tech solutions is a good company in my view.I joined as a software developer with an only experience of 1 year with angular 2 on june 12'th 2017.and quit that company on november 30'th 2017.I worked on angular-2 (2010 released).

Working culture.with out a gap and not giving sufficient time They will conduct daily round table conferences with out a particular reason and they will sit on the head of the employers to complete the tasks.one rule for digital marketing department and another rule for web development team.There are also no experienced software developers to give support to junior software developers like me,except one guy who worked in php,angular2,node...Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
