I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary but first time only issues about salary is decent but career growing is fast. On the job training is they given to new joiniees for 4 days I get good experience.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job I got a chance to work they are help to me work there good experience I get there I can't forget that memorable.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
