I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

There is a lot of male chauvinism and females employees are treated as objects. With lesser salaries and promotions are preferred for male employees , however hard a female employee works. No work life balance with a lot of politics.
