But the trick here is they use screen shot monitor and the cursor of your laptop should move after every 2 mins... If your cursor is idle then you office time will not be counted and if your total clock in time is not 8 hrs then they are going to not count the salary for that day.... If they are paying you 4k per day then they are going to deduct the salary like this.... This is the highest level of super micro managing that happens in this company... They have a hire and fire policy.... They don't want numbers.. They just want 8 hrs of office work time.. On the first day i was threatened by the manager that if you tamper the screen shot monitor then we are going to kick you out..... At the time of the interview they promised me that work life balance is insane.... But at the end I got this.... Stupid fellas...!...Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
