Better to Be Jobless Than Work Here I’d rather be without a job than work at AdientOne. The management is disorganized, the work environment is toxic, and there’s no room for growth. It’s a stressful place.

Toxic Politics, Terrible Environment The politics at AdientOne are unbearable. Favoritism runs rampant, and decision-making is often driven by personal agendas rather than merit. It creates a toxic atmosphere where employees feel undervalued and discouraged. The constant power struggles make it impossible to focus on your work. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
